A Sunday Post

Physical therapy seems to be helping me reach more mobility. The PT I have us a very smart and wonderfully nice gal, with very strong hands. She worked my soft tissue on Tuesday and by Wednesday morning I was bruised. She worked my shoulder blade on Thursday instead. Phew. November is turning out to be a very busy month, something just about everyday. Seems like the holiday season is early this year. Having snow accumulation doesn't help. 

I'm keeping positive thoughts and hoping for continuous health. Holidays make me sentimental and I don't want to be a basket case. Staying warm and positive-my goals.
